IV. Deadline for the Retention of Your Data.

The essential, optional and additional personal data will be regulated for a period of 5 years per law requirement to be able to comply with the legal obligations outlined in this notice.

When a timeshare purchase is acquired, by law we shall retain the data relating to your purchase and until the end of the duration stipulated in your contract.

In the case of data obtained through video surveillance, the information will be deleted within 60 days of being obtained.

V. Transfer of Your Information
