ENHANCED CLEANING - Intensifying cleaning procedures, increasing the frequency of disinfection of all high touch surfaces and installing hand sanitizer stations.
YOUR HAVEN - Improving cleaning of each guest room between stays, eliminating nonessential high touch items in rooms and supplying disinfecting items in each room.
REDUCED CONTACT, IMPROVED COMMUNICATION - Implementing measures to reduce physical interaction through processes using digital technology. Encouraging physical distancing, reducing capacities and reconfiguring the setting in restaurants and public areas.
NURTURING THE “NEW NORMAL” - Offering alternatives such as ’grab & go’ food, beverages and a la carte menus when self service could not be available. Redesigning food & beverage station set ups, removing non-essential items and tailoring options for groups.
PREVENTING TRANSMISSION - Endow our staff with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Physical distance of at least 6 feet away from other guests. Areas with high volume of traffic will be marked with signage, as a reminder of this prevention practice.
HEALTH PREVENTION - Remind and promote health practices with our guests and staff. Implement discreet and non-invasive temperature check points.
IMPROVING HYGIENE CLEANLINESS - Hand sanitizer stations throughout the resort. Frequent and consistent cleaning of surfaces with a high propensity to be touched, as well as common areas. Permanent hygiene and cleaning training.
F&B SAFETY PROTOCOLS - New sitting configuration in restaurants in order to have the appropriate physical distance. Self service buffet may be suspended, or when offered, it will be served by restaurant’s staff.
COVID 19 TEST
In partnership with Reforma Hospital, a certified agent will conduct the “Antigen Test" in our facilities. The results will be delivered within the same day and it will have a cost of US 30.00 per person. Anyone above the age of 2 must get tested before departure.
What happens if a guest test positive? In the eventuality that the result comes out positive and guest cannot travel, we are offering the following conditions, observing quarantine protocols and recommendations of the local authorities:
* 50% discount on their original room rate
* 50% discount on their room service consumptions
