  2. When a timeshare purchase is acquired, by law we shall retain the data relating to your purchase and until the end of the duration stipulated in your contract.  
  3. In the case of data obtained through video surveillance, the information will be deleted within 60 days of being obtained.

Application to exercise ARCO rights   (hereinafter "Request") it is at your disposal  here   and that it contains all the elements to be able to attend to the exercise of your rights and/or revocation of the consent according to the normativity 

In order to be able to follow up with your request, you or your legal representative must  identify in order to complete all the fields indicated in the application and submit  a copy of any of the official identifications mentioned below:  

  • Passport.  
  • Migration document that establishes the legal residence in Mexico. 

In case the application does not satisfy any of the above requirements, the data protection officer data may require you within 5 days of the request to the provide more elements or documents  necessary to process your request.  You will have 10 days to attend the request, if no reply is given within that period, the corresponding application will be rejected.
