Terms & Conditions

The price is per experience, not per individual consumption.
Rates are listed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include taxes and service charge.
Balibeds are subject to availability and require a reservation with at least 24 hours in advance. Daily availability: 4 balibeds at the Infinity Pool and 7 at Tortugas.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Balibeds are available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with service starting at 10:00 AM.
Maximum capacity is 4 guests per balibed.
Guests without a meal plan or All-Inclusive package will be charged regular prices for any additional food and beverage consumption during the experience.
